Hey, I'm Jonas 👋🏽
Tech project manager, blogger & movement practitioner.
I have navigated at the intersection of business and technology for the past 10 years and have learned a few lessons along the way. One of the most fundamental insights has been 👇🏽
Humans using technology > humans used by technology
Ultimately I believe the biggest challenges in tech aren't technical, they are human.
I have also realised that the best solutions are built when creators and engineers have a rhythm and system that are aligned with their abilities and passion for their craft.
My mission is to help ambitious people to create space for growth and wellbeing. I believe technology & entrepreneurship enable us to streamline our lives and businesses so we can grow as humans.
I started this blog to share my learnings on my own quest to still my curiosity and improve my wellbeing as a practitioner in tech. I live through the philosophy that technology should be an enabler to live a good life.
Being a specialist or a generalists have for long been a divisive debate. In reality both are needed for continuous innovation. Looking close and looking broad is key for future understanding. Both individually and collectively there are great benefits of combining the two.
Whether you are a freelancer, consultant or an employee your contributions to your goals and missions at work is very much dependent on how your work is experienced and what you learn along the way.
Writing is a frustrating process, this is how you can finalize that great idea of yours and stop feeling overwhelmed of unfinished business.
Curiosity is the intrinsic motivator that makes us grow. The human trait that beats traps such as status and salary.
